Running injury prevent and healing - a free guide

We put together a free guide on how to run in the Flow. This short guide displayed on top of the right sidebar lists the key principles and cues for running naturally.

Over the years I kept coming up with simpler and simpler ways to teach people to run in a way that is easy, heals injuries, and is fun. This guide is it. It’s simple and succinct. Anyone can do it. I have taught this technique to students who had never run before, and to Olympic medal winners. Everyone gets it.

The barefoot craze is showing us that we don’t need expensive shoes. It is indirectly teaching us to run naturally. My goal is to teach you the ways of our ancestors, ways of movement that are instinctual.

Please use this short handbook to keep the injuries away and bring fun to your running. Let us know what you think of it.
