Over years of running, let alone life your body not only develops bad habits, it develops a bad structure. Injuries, overuse, misuse, repetitive use all cause your body to compensate and distort. The body you had at 16 is not the body you have at 36.

Since the late 70’s we took these broken body through the process of Rolfing® to more that rehab them – we renovated their structure.
